ok I'll start it!! i hope this is the right place to speak about it jim, im trying to get better at posting in the right area i swear!
March Meeting I will host it if thats cool, dates available for me are in the poll yay poll. im wondering what everyone thinks and what topics we can discus as a group if you want to vol. feel free just shout it out if you would like to see a demo of something ask and we can try to get that in the day too. It will be a kinda stay as long as you want and chit chat meet with demonstrations and discussion topics on kind of loose schedule so we can get to it all. I feel this would work best since some travel farther than others. I will also have some sort of food for all event since i love food and my gracious gf said she will make plenty of snacks and sweets for all! Neways all members near and far are invited. I do live on the south side of GF right behind menards, not to far off the highway for you folks that need to travel. i currently have no frags to trade but i do have a selection of small LR pieces.

What if we worked on a project that would benifit the whole club? Could we make something like a phytoplankton factory. Someone would keep it at their place and people could come and fill up with whatever they needed... maybe we could make two one for grand forks and one for fargo? I dont know just an idea... I'm open to other ideas also.

That's actually a pretty good idea. Have lots of input and help at the time and make a great learning experience. I know when I built my sumps and frag tank out of acrylic is was a learn as you go project which doesn't always go smooth

I would try and make it over there as of right now we dont have a meeting on the schduale over here. I know that tcmas is having a meeting in march but not to excited to drive there for a meeting.

I know we have a tenitive meeting in fargo in Sept.

I could possibly get Josh to talk about breeding Clowns and/or Cardinals...

ooh so many thing sound like it might be a real meeting keep up with the ideas and what not and when the meeting gets close we can schedule and decide exactly what we want to do.

Well slowly the forum is getting out that where back up and running so once I get my banners back out and get more people ciculating threw the forum we can get more info on what where going to do about meets, first off I would have Know problem hosting a meeting but one thing I would like to find out is what type of topics we would like to talk about.

well i was hoping more people would vote so we could get a good solid day down and then start figuring out what topics we wanted to talk about and who would be there. so vote on what days work for you so we can pick a date and get this going!

What we have had to do before is just someone that wants to host pick the date and who ever can make it can. you will never get a date set that everyone can do. Just a thought
